Compare Hormone Tests

Explore hormone testing options from multiple laboratories. Compare biomarkers, specimen types, collection methods and ordering pathways in one place.

How this marketplace works. HRT Command Center compares factual laboratory information. Prices and availability may change. Testing, ordering and results are handled by the laboratory or its authorized providers — not by HRT Command Center. No vendor receives a better organic ranking because of payment.

Explore by interest

Browse hormone test panels by the area of health you're curious about. These are navigation categories only — not medical recommendations.

How would you like to test?

Panels are available through different collection methods. Each method has its own process — none is inherently better than another.

Understanding hormone testing

What is a biomarker?

A biomarker is a measurable substance — like estradiol or cortisol — that a test panel includes. Different panels include different sets of biomarkers.

What does specimen type mean?

The specimen is the type of sample tested, such as blood, saliva, or urine. The collection method describes how that sample is obtained.

Why do panels differ?

Different laboratories and panels measure different combinations of hormones and metabolites, collected in different ways, so the included biomarkers can vary.

Why do prices change?

Laboratory pricing can change over time. HRT Command Center records each observed price with its source and the date it was checked.
